• App Usage: Basic analytics to improve app performance

1.3 Content You Create

• Text Prompts: Descriptions you provide for AI image generation
• Uploaded Photos: Images you upload for background replacement or selfie blending
• Generated Images: AI-created images based on your prompts
• Negative Prompts: Optional descriptions of what you don't want in generated images

1.4 Face Data Processing

• Face Data Collection: When you upload photos containing faces, we process the entire image including facial features as part of our background replacement service
• No Face Recognition: We do not extract, analyze, or store facial recognition data, biometric identifiers, or face-specific metadata
• Image Processing Only: Faces are processed as part of the overall image content for background replacement, not as separate biometric data

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Service Provision

• Process your text prompts to generate AI images
• Replace backgrounds in your uploaded photos
• Manage your subscription and usage limits

2.2 Data Processing

• Your prompts and images are processed by our AI systems to generate requested content
• Generated images are temporarily stored to provide them to you

2.3 Face Data Usage

• Background Replacement: Images containing faces are processed to separate foreground elements (including faces) from backgrounds for replacement with AI-generated backgrounds
• No Face Manipulation: We do not modify, enhance, or alter facial features - faces are preserved as-is during background processing
• No Biometric Analysis: We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, or biometric analysis on uploaded images

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

• Generated images are cached locally on your device for faster access
• Usage data is stored locally using UserDefaults

3.2 Server Storage

• Account information is stored on secure servers with encryption
• Generated images are temporarily stored on our servers
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party services that help us operate our app (e.g., cloud storage, analytics)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

4.1 Face Data Sharing

6. Your Rights and Choices

• You can delete generated images from your device
• You can clear your local cache and data

7. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
• Generated Images: Stored temporarily on our servers, then deleted
• Usage Data: Retained for billing and service improvement purposes
• Local Data: Stored on your device until you delete the app or clear data

7.1 Face Data Retention

• Server Storage: Images containing faces are stored on our servers after processing and can only be accessed by the user who created them
• Local Storage: Processed images with faces can be stored locally on your device until you delete them or delete the app
• User Control: You can delete all images containing faces from your device and also request us to delete them from our servers
• Account Deletion: All face data associated with your account is permanently deleted when you delete your account

8. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it removed.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
